Notes in general for Dec. 08: We have reported several spammers to their webhosting companies and domain name service providers for abusing our services. This website is meant as a helpful service to our users. If you spam you will be traced, reported, and possibly face legal action. We hold a ZERO (0) tolerance policy for any one abusing our site. Also, abusing our service even once will get you put in to a known spammer databases, have your IP denied forever on all of our websites and servers and we may at our option open up a civil and criminal investigation against you and posswibly press charges. PS. If we do we will seek damages. We will also share all relevant data about you with third parties so they can ban you also before you hit their site. Also, we will soon make all of your information publicly listed on our site and encourage other users to ban you also. ~ Think before you do.

11/1/08 - We have reached over 250,000 Page Views since we started this website.

11/1/08 - Given bad ranking by WOT probabally by an upset spammer who was upset that we ban his website. If you see a bad ranking by the firefox WOT plugin that is untrue. We monitor and maintain a very high level of quality links if you find a link in violation of our TOS please inform us.

9/4/08 - Some minor code updates performed to help increase ssurl's speed and overall responsiveness also limiting bandwidth and processor usage both client and server side.

9/3/08 - Google Chrome was released for public download. Also published was Google's Comic Book about their browser which is funny especially for those who are tech savvy and enjoy nerdy jokes.

9/1/08 - August was record breaking for us here at Super Short Url. We had nearly 65,000 page views and thousands upon thousands of unique visitors.

Also, we are expecting about 150,000 page views for the month of september!

8/16/08 - Today we implemented the Captcha Code Feature because we had had a group of spammers abusing our service by generating over 10,000 fake links.
